My stay at Bay Of Palms was alright overall, with a few highlights and low points. The location was fantastic, conveniently close to a shopping centre, and the pool area was nice. However, the bathroom was quite cramped, and the noise from both inside and outside my room kept me awake at times. While I appreciated the friendly staff, the amenities felt a bit lacking, such as the minimal towels provided during my stay. It wasn't unpleasant, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
